Every now and again, we receive a treat from customers who enjoyed their special day wearing Alexia Admor. These photos come to you from the Tobar wedding courtesy of Martha, one of the bridesmaids.
Three different styles, all in the same dark purple taffeta fabric are being worn in this special occasion
- D723TAF – Taffeta Tulip Dress
- D674TAF – Bloom Bubble Dress
- D721TAF – Side Flower Fan Dress
This is a creative approach to adding variety to bridesmaid attire. Three different styles in the same fabric texture and color. Don’t the bridesmaids look great?

Weddings are both a joyous and labor intensive process. Flower arrangements, wedding dress, mother of the bride, rehearsals, wedding hall, invitations – the list goes on. One of the more interesting preparation elements involves choosing bridesmaid dresses for your close friends/family who will represent you at your wedding.
The reality is that most brides have a vision of what they want their wedding to look like, and that includes which type of dress they would prefer their bridesmaids to wear. Something elegant and classy, perhaps unique and fun.
While putting a finger on the best bridesmaid dresses is a difficult task, we can certainly share our experiences and some pictures of bridesmaid dresses that our clients have enjoyed.
1. D540SS – Shimmer Satin Corsage/Flower Front Bridesmaid Dress ($275, $239): Our customers have genuinely enjoyed this dress and have sent us pictures to prove it. This A-Line dress is classy and flatters all body types. The unique “shimmer satin” fabric is soft to the touch, comfortable and easy to wear.

2. D729MC – Strapless Sweetheart Dress ($239): Another classy dress available in a soft palette of colors, light silver, blush, gold – all colors that blend into a wedding seamlessly. This sweetheart dress has been a favorite for weddings. Charcoal is a bit darker, but still a classic.

Coterie is one of our most important trade shows on the calendar. We set up meetings with key accounts, gauge reaction and book orders for new pieces on the line.
Most of the work in putting on a good show comes before we set foot into the booth. Product design and production as well as setting up appointments and booth design are all among the challenges of a successful show. The days at the actual show are really just a culmination of the hard work put into the line.

There were approximately 14,000 booths/companies, so buyers walking the aisles of the show had alot of merchandise to look at. I tried walking around most of the Javits myself, and only got through approximately 10% of the circuit. Every time you try to move forward you see eye catching designs or friends from within the industry.
If you’ve never been to the Coterie show in New York, take a look at some of the photos of the Javits Center exterior and interior as well as from our booth.
